Why You Should Hire Us

While I cannot guarantee results (and no lawyer should!), I do guarantee effort and try to be as available to people as much as possible, whether it is in person, over the phone or via e-mail. We have had clients come to us after they have been represented by the “TV lawyers” and have complained that their phone calls and e-mail messages are not returned and that the only conferences they can get are with the firm’s paralegal, not their attorney. We try very hard to keep our clients updated on their cases in any way they prefer, whether it be by mail, e-mail or by phone. Our firm is both new school in the sense that I have embraced technology and have been paperless for ten years and old school in which I will provide paper copies of everything to my clients if that is the way they want to be kept up-to-date on their case. My goal is always to optimize a financial recovery for our clients while at the same time being realistic in my conversations with our clients about how much money they are going to receive. We try and reduce our clients’ stress by making sure all medical bills get paid. There is a lot of misinformation regarding how medical bills are paid and you should give us a call if you have any questions at all about how the process works when you are injured in a car crash or other personal injury case.
