Upon arrival investigation revealed that Operator #1 (De Los) was traveling Interstate-89 Northbound with his TT unit. Operator #2 (Slowminski) was traveling Northbound on I-89 when his van overheated. Slowminski moved into the breakdown lane and called for roadside assistance.
