SUMMARY OF CRASH:

Vermont State Police, Wallingford Fire Department, and Regional Ambulance

Service responded to a two-vehicle crash on US Route 7 in Wallingford, Vermont.

Investigation revealed Operator #1 entered US Route 7 from Church Street in the

path of Vehicle #2, which was traveling northbound on US Route 7. The vehicles

collided within the intersection. Operator #2 sustained a minor abrasion to his

forehead but was not transported to the hospital.

Operator #1 was issued a written warning for a violation of 23 VSA 1046,

vehicles approaching or entering intersections. Vehicle #1 was towed from the scene. Vehicle #2 was removed by the operator.
