SUMMARY OF CRASH: On the above date and time, Vermont State Police received a report of a one vehicle crash on Route 121 in the town of Grafton with possible entrapment. Upon arrival, Troopers observed a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado partially down an embankment. Fire and Rescue were extracting the operator out of the vehicle. Investigation revealed Nobles was operating his vehicle on Route 121 when he began to feel dizzy and then passed out. No signs of impairment were detected, the cause was determined to be result of a medical event. As Nobles was came upon a construction zone, the front end of the vehicle hit the leg of Jones who was working as a flagger. Jones suffered an abrasion to his right leg and declined medical treatment on scene. Nobles was transported to Grace Cottage Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
