SUMMARY OF CRASH: On the attached date and time, State Police responded to a single vehicle roll over crash on Interstate 91 N near the Lyndonville Exit. Upon arrival witnesses and members of Lyndonville Fire Department were on scene assisting the operator Letourneau (63) out of the vehicle. Letourneau advised he hydroplaned coming across the bridge and lost control. Letourneau sustain a head injury from the roll over and was transported by Lyndon Rescue to the hospital. It was determined Letourneau’s vehicle left the roadway, struck the roadside ledge causing the vehicle to roll over twice before landing back on the wheels.

It should be noted it was steadily raining and there was standing water on the roadway.
