SUMMARY OF CRASH: On July 1st, 2021, at approximately 2122 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks responded to a motor-vehicle vs. pedestrian crash on US Route 7, in the Town of Clarendon.
Initial investigation revealed Guica was operating Vehicle #1 travelling southbound on US Route 7, in the Town of Clarendon, when he struck a pedestrian, identified as William D. Adams, 30, of Clarendon. Adams was treated for minor injuries on scene and denied transport to the hospital.
