SUMMARY OF CRASH:

The Vermont State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of VT RT 25/US RT 5 in Bradford, VT. Tpr. Haley was traveling south on US RT 5 and attempted to make a right hand turn onto VT RT 25 when he collided with a vehicle operated by Daniel Lamphere of NH. Tpr. Haley was responding to an emergency call for service with blue lights and siren activated. The crash investigation revealed that Tpr. Haley failed to maneuver the right hand turn and collided with Lamphere head on in the eastbound turning lane of VT RT 25. Tpr. Haley was uninjured. Daniel Lamphere was transported to Cottage Hospital in NH for treatment of his injuries. No other information regarding Lamphere’s injuries are available at this time. Lamphere’s vehicle was towed from the scene. Bradford FD also responded to assist with scene safety and traffic control.
