Shaftsbury Barracks/Motor Vehicle Crash Ticket Issued for Driving Too Fast for Conditions

by | Feb 10, 2021 | Firm News

Here is another crash because someone ( in this case a 21 year old kid from out of state) was driving too fast on icy/snow covered roads. He got a ticket for driving too fast for the conditions and no doubt his insurance premiums will increase. Just as sure as the sun will rise each morning people will drive too fast on icy and snow coverage roads, crash into another vehicle and cause death, injuries and property damage.

If you were injured in a car accident please call for a free consultation. My number is [nap_phone id=”LOCAL-REGULAR-NUMBER-1″] and I am available seven days a week.

Investigation revealed that vehicle #1 was travelling north on US Route 7 at a speed of approximately 60 MPH when the operator, Jefferson Luce (21) of Philadelphia, PA, lost control of the vehicle. Vehicle #1 began to slide and crossed over the centerline into the southbound lane. Vehicle #1 then struck Vehicle #2 which was travelling southbound at approximately 50 MPH.
