TRAFFIC CRASH FATALITIES
As of September 29th, there have been 55 fatalities on Vermont’s roads in 2020. There were 26 at this point in 2019, and the 10-year average for this date is 46.

This is a very sobering statistic because there are fewer drivers on the road but more than twice as many fatalities as last year on the same date.
