SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On the above date and time Troopers from the Royalton Barracks responded to a

report of a single vehicle crash on Clay Hill Rd in Hartland, VT. Upon arrival

Troopers suspected the operator, Emily Gorham, to be under the influence of

alcohol. She was administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was

subsequently arrested for suspicion of DUI. Her passenger, Marissa Marton, was

injured as a result of the crash. Gorham was cited and released to appear in

Vermont Superior Court Windsor Criminal Division to answer to the charge.
