SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time, State Police responded to
Washington for the report of a crash. Troopers arrived on scene and observed a one vehicle crash involving a rolled over vehicle. Troopers made contact with Cossett who identified himself as the operator. Cossett was showing signs of being under the influence of intoxicants. Cossett was taken into custody and transported to the State Police Barracks in Middlesex for processing. Cossett was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court – Criminal Division on 07/29/2020 at 0830 AM to answer to this offense.
