SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time, State Police responded to
Orange for the report of a one vehicle crash involving a rolled over vehicle.
Troopers arrived and observed Laskey walking in the street around his truck.
Laskey was showing signs of being under the influence of intoxicants. Laskey was
taken into custody and transported to the State Police Barracks in Middlesex for
processing. Laskey was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior
Court- Criminal Division on 06/24/2020 at 0800 hours to answer to this offense.
