SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 4/28/2020, at approximately 1657 hours, Vermont State Police responded to a motor vehicle crash in a parking lot. Investigation revealed, Devin Pratt had been operating a 2005 black Chevrolet truck bearing Vermont Registration 350A409 erratically crashing into another parked vehicle. Pratt’s privilege to operate a motor vehicle in the state of Vermont has been criminally suspended. Pratt was issued a citation to appear in criminal court at a later date.
