SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 4/29/20 at approximately 1616 hours Vermont State Police responded to the intersection of VT RT 30 and Herrick Brook Rd. within the Town of Rupert for a report of a motor vehicle crash. It was learned through operator statements and road evidence that Op#1 was at the intersection of Herrick Brook Rd, and VT RT 30. Op#1 pulled in front V#2 which was traveling northbound on VT RT 30. Op#2 steered to the left in an attempt avoid V#1. V#1 struck V#2 as V#2 was passing the intersection.
Neither Op#1 or Op#2 were injured in the crash. V#1 was removed by Warners. V#2 was driven away from the scene. Rupert Fire Department responded to the
scene.
