SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On March 30, 2020 at approximately 1645 hours, Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks were dispatched to a reported two vehicle crash on Vermont Route 113, near the intersection of Goose Green Rd, in Vershire.

Upon arrival, Troopers discovered that Charles Crocker (76) was operating his 2016 Volvo C60 west on RT 113 when he crossed the center line and entered the eastbound lane. Crocker’s vehicle struck the oncoming 2015 UPS Freightliner Truck, operated by UPS Employee Timothy Leblanc (59). Both vehicle sustained damage to their front passenger side.

Crocker was transported to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for suspected minor injuries. Speed and road conditions are believed to be factors in the crash.

This crash remains under investigation.
