SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On April 11, 2020 at approximately 1833 hours, Troopers from the St. Johnsbury
Barracks responded to a reported two vehicle crash on Route 25, near the
intersection of Chase Hollow Rd, in Bradford. Upon arrival, Troopers discovered
that Mackenzie Cutting drove her vehicle into the opposite lane, striking Tyler
Blake’s vehicle which was travelling in the opposite direction.
Troopers detected indicators of impairment from Cutting and tested her utilizing
Field Sobriety tests. Troopers believed Cutting to be under the influence of
alcohol and she was then transported to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center
(DHMC) for treatment.
Charges pending the results of a blood test.
