unit and a passenger car. The crash occurred on Interstate-91 North at mile

marker 72 in Hartford VT. Investigation of the crash showed that while both

vehicles were in motion, the tractor trailer unit rear-ended the passenger

vehicle. Heavy rainfall caused slippery road conditions and poor visibility.

vehicle and Contois’s vehicle had extensive rear end damage resulting from the

crash. No injuries were sustained during this crash. Contois’s vehicle was towed

from the scene as a result of the damage.

Department of Motor Vehicle Police, and Sabil and Sons Towing.

The operator of Vehicle #1 was issued a Vermont Civil Violation Complaint
