SUMMARY OF CRASH: On the above date and time, Vermont State Police were dispatched to a two car motor vehicle crash on Route 7A and Cleveland Avenue in the Town of Shaftsbury. Investigation revealed, operator #1 (Spencer) was travelling north on Route 7A and attempted to make a left turn onto Cleveland Avenue. Due to inattention, Spencer pulled into the path of operator #2 (Morrison) as Morrison was travelling south on Route 7A and a collision occurred.

Vermont State Police were assisted on scene by Shaftsbury Fire Department, Bennington Rescue Squad and Walt’s Towing. Spencer was later issued a VCVC for violating Title 23 VSA 1047 (vehicle turning left).
