ACCUSED: Dominick Tanner AGE: 23

Victim: (Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of domestic violence)

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 4/18/2020, at approximately 0730 hours, an employee of EM Brown & Sons Hardware, located at 169 Main St in Barton reported their chain-link dog kennel along with a guide wire for a utility pole had been damaged overnight. Investigation revealed the vehicle, a green Chevrolet truck bearing Vermont Registration 385A726 had crashed into and caused damage to both the chain-link dog kennel and utility pole wire. The vehicle was located and the owner/operator, Dominick Tanner advised he had crashed the night prior around 2230 hours. Tanner was issued a citation to appear in Orleans County Court at a later date.
