SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On the above date and time the Vermont State Police received a report of a one vehicle crash on Schuler Road in Derby. Investigation revealed that Christopher Goulet was operating a 2008 Toyota Prius when he failed to maintain his lane of travel and drove over an embankment.
Goulet was taken into custody and processed for DUI at the Vermont State Police barracks in Derby. Goulet was held for detox at Northern State Correctional Facility and was issued a citation to appear in Orleans Criminal Court.
